1、主要由升壓系統(tǒng)、測(cè)量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成;
2、計(jì)算機(jī)---A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器---測(cè)量控制系統(tǒng)---調(diào)壓裝置---升壓變壓器---試樣;
3、高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓;
4、調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓;
5、電壓測(cè)量主要是從高壓變壓器測(cè)量端測(cè)量,高壓變壓器測(cè)量端和高壓端是線性的;
6、放電系統(tǒng)在試驗(yàn)做完以后放電,以免產(chǎn)生放電對(duì)人身的危害;(當(dāng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,機(jī)器部件仍可能存在殘留的高電壓,此殘留電壓足以對(duì)人產(chǎn)生致命的傷害,配備此棒,完好的解決此安全隱患)。
組成:

4、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件:通過(guò)智能電路把由檢測(cè)設(shè)備采集的測(cè)控信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行并處理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

將介電試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為一個(gè)電極的試樣的導(dǎo)體上,并另一根試驗(yàn)引接到作為另一個(gè)電極的金屬試棒上,電壓應(yīng)從零開(kāi)始上升至28.1規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)電壓。升壓速度不得超過(guò)500V/s如果達(dá)到水平無(wú)擊穿,電壓應(yīng)保持在該水平60秒。
